At Purple Thread, we want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 20-day return policy from the date of delivery.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Final sale or discounted items.
- Gift cards.
- Worn, damaged, or altered jewelry.
3. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method (via Square).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
